About the New iPod Shuffle and its Firmware 1.0.1 Update

We just received a sample of the new iPod shuffle. As usual with Apple, great care has been taken for the packaging and for promoting the key point of this new Shuffle, its size. The photo shows both sides of the new Shuffle, including a personalized engraving. The 50 euro cents coin is added to give a better ideal of the size, it is much smaller that we originally thought. We quickly tested the quality of the sound with the bundled headphones, it is rather good, but before concluding we want to perform a real test with a better equipment for evaluating the performance of the new Shuffle. Last but not lease, Apple released a firmware 1.0.1 update supposed to fix some minor bugs.
